The TUSK Bull Rack Bike Cradle can be bolted directly to any wall or any sound masonry. Each Bull Rack Bike-Cradle you wish to install also requires one Wall Mounting Fixing Pack (BR/WMP). One Bull Rack racks one Bike. Recommend max. load per Bull Rack Bike Cradle: 50kg.

1. Select a location height so that the Bull Rack bars support under the top tube of the bike with the wheels of the bike a minimum of 50mm above the ground. When selecting a higher location for the Bull Rack, ie. in the garage so that the bike is above any car when parked or any other obstruction remember that the bike has to be lifted up and over the upturned horns of the Bull Rack and the bike may weigh 20 kilo plus.
2. Caution: Wear suitable eye protection when drilling holes.
3. Mark hole locations and drill a 14mm diameter hole x 55mm deep at each location with a suitable masonry drill. For maximum anchorage of Shield Anchors avoid drilling into the mortar course of the brickwork.
4. Clean out the holes and insert Shield Anchors flush with brickwork. (Installation Tip. Loosely finger tighten the bolt into Shield Anchor before inserting the complete assembly into the hole and then gently tap the assembly so that the bolt head is flush with the brickwork. Give a couple of turns of the bolt to expand the Shield Anchor enough to grip the hole then remove bolt leaving the insert in place.)
5. Assemble the Bull Rack with the 2 bolts supplied with a washer under the head of each bolt using an M8 socket or box spanner to a torque of 25Nm. (Do not overtightened). Check both supports are level.
6. It is also recommended that for maximum security, tap into place over the head of each bolt a Hafren Armour Ring. Alternatively, if the Bull Rack is being installed in a fully secure area, then substitute with the domed plastic covers which can be superglued in place. (Glue not supplied).
