The TUSK Mammoth Rack was awarded “The Best Buy” out of all items tested in the magazine by Cycling Plus with a perfect score of 10.. According to Cycling Plus, all items tested are given a single rating out of 10, with “10” being “perfect”. To quote Cycling Plus, “the rating is both a reflection of how good the product is and whether or not it is good value.”
