If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Full shipping and carriage charges are non refundable. Damaged / used good are not acceptable for a refund. It's the customers responsibility and at the customers expense for the safe return of goods.
Warranty
Warranties against defects in materials and workmanship are well established and honoured for one year. We operate a Zero Defect policy on all products during manufacture and are proud to say that this is now the 10th year running that we have not had any goods returned nor had to replace any goods through sub-standard workmanship or failure of the item. Service
We work hard and have a proven track record ensuring that all on-line orders placed are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order. The larger / heavier on-line orders are dispatched within 7 working days. Trade quantity orders are dispatched within 7 days. All orders in the UK are sent by Royal Mail / Parcelforce 48hr service and Export Orders by Parcelforce International unless specified. All on-line orders are acknowledged by return of email giving delivery / consignment number(s) where applicable / courier details and expected delivery date. Trade / Account orders are always acknowledged with an order confirmation to their purchasing department with full delivery information. If your parcel is unfortunately delayed or not delivered within 14 days of placing your order you must notify us so that we can investigate on your behalf. NO claim for non-delivery of goods will be accepted unless we have been informed by you, in writing / email within 14 days of placing your order that your goods have not arrived although we would continue to do everything we can to ensure delivery is completed
